Warranty Conditions
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product during the delivery process. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and make sure to document the issue. Any alterations made to the product, deformation, or damage to the original design of the product will not be covered under the warranty.

Product Return Conditions
If the product purchased through our website is faulty, you must contact us via the online support section of our site within 7 days of the delivery date. Following this, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one, delivered via the courier company. If the product’s fault is due to customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, no return or exchange will be accepted. The return and exchange conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

As our products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
